- non-fat and salt-free organic yogurt
- dried garlic powder
- dried onion powder
- tumeric powder (if allowed)
- fresh lemon juice
- apple cider vinegar
- flaxseed oil
Put the yogurt in a nut milk bag in a colander over a bowl. Strain it overnight or longer and discard the whey (the clear, slightly yellowish liquid) from the bowl.
The strained yogurt will look something like ricotta cheese or even thicker depending on how much whey is drained. Whisk it well.
Add ingredients to your liking and enjoy on your baked potato or as bread spread.
*Note: Whenever you use flaxseed oil, make sure to let your food cool off a bit, since the oil will become rancid quickly.
