Water
Check your water quality and remove all toxins from your water by getting a whole house filter.
If your tap water isn't fluoridated, you can use Reverse Osmosis water for your water needs. If your tap water is fluoridated , RO will not take out the fluoride, only the chlorine. There are shower heads available that will remove chlorine but unfortunately there are no shower heads that will remove fluoride from the water.
You can install an RO filter under your kitchen sink AND do the last rinse of your produce with distilled water.
If you have to use tap water for your produce, add 6 drops of 2% Lugol's to the water and do the final rinse with distilled water.

Kitchen
Get rid of plastic and use stainless steel, glass and wood instead.
Get a good set of stainless steel pots and pans. Enamel over cast iron (example: Le Creuset or Staub Cookware) is approved as well.
You can use a crock pot, but put your food in a pyrex glass dish so it is not touching the bottom of the crock pot.
Wooden spoons instead of plastic
Stainless steel strainer
Organic cotton bags and glass jars
Stainless steel lunch boxes
Thermos
Stay away from your microwave. Best is to unplug and forget it.
Bathroom
Don't forget to use only distilled water when brushing your teeth.
Weleda kids tooth gel is a Gerson approved toothpaste.
Soap / Shampoo
We use Dr. Bronner's baby mild soap as soap and shampoo. It's so concentrated you can dilute it with distilled water. If you wonder about the oils in the soap, here is a good link that clarifies it:

Conditioner
A homemade conditioner of distilled water, apple cider vinegar and a few drops of castor oil works beautifully.
Hydrogen Peroxide / Oxygen
To exfoliate dead skin and to unclog pores, we use a little loofah sponge.
We use 3% food grade H2O2 to clean our faces and a little bit of castor oil around the eyes. No lotion is needed.
You can save money by buying 35% food grade H2O2 and dilute it down yourself to 3%.
We also keep H2O2 in a spray bottle in the shower and spray it all over our bodies. Charlotte Gerson explains why Peroxide/Oxygen is so important.

Deodorant
We have not found a non-doxic deodorant yet.
Even better, it turned out we don't need it anymore!
After an initial period of detoxification you will realize that your perspiration no longer produces an odor and, with ups and downs depending on flare-ups, your skin oils return. It will take a bit longer for some than for others, depending on how much toxins the body has stored over the years.
For the occasions where you still need or want a deodorant, we found lemon or lime juice work best.
Lotion
We used to lather our skin with coconut oil before Gerson. Gladly, we don't need to use any lotion anymore, as the natural skin oils are returning.
Feminine Care
Ladies, please check your feminine care and make sure you use organic cotton.
Clean
Get rid of all the toxins and replace them with better alternatives such as vinegar, lemon and baking soda.
